Abdul Wahab

I'm Abdul Wahab, Founder of OBND, helping B2B companies, founders, coaches, and service businesses build predictable sales pipelines through strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and Done-For-You LinkedIn growth systems.

Rather than relying on random outreach or inconsistent content, I build end-to-end systems that combine GTM strategy, LinkedIn positioning, authority-building, content, and outbound prospecting to generate qualified conversations and long-term revenue.

With 250+ successful projects, 4+ years of experience, and clients across 10+ countries, my focus is simple: turning LinkedIn into a scalable growth channel that consistently delivers business opportunities.

Done-for-you LinkedIn outbound

We build the outbound system your pipeline is missing.

Not a strategy deck. Not a tool recommendation. A running system: ICP, positioning, messaging, follow-up and inbox management, operated end to end from your profile, producing qualified conversations every week.

The problem

You don't have a lead problem.

LinkedIn already holds every buyer you want. The channel isn't broken. Three things quietly break the pipeline running through it, and they compound in a specific order.

You're aiming at a job title, not a buyer

"Founders, 11 to 50 employees" is not an ICP. It's a filter. Without a real trigger, a budget signal and a pain you can name in one sentence, volume just multiplies the number of people politely ignoring you.

Your first message is a pitch in disguise

Your prospect gets twenty of these a week and spots the template in a second and a half. The compliment, the pivot, the calendar link. The moment it smells automated, you're not a message. You're a chore.

You stop right before it works

Most booked calls come from message three, four or five. Not the first. Every warm reply that went quiet and never got a nudge is pipeline you already paid for and then threw away.

What we build

Six stages. One system that runs without you.

Each stage feeds the next, so a weak one caps everything downstream. We build them in order, run them from your profile, and report on what's actually converting.

01

ICP & buyer research

We define who actually signs, what event makes them care this month, and what they've already tried. The list gets built from buying signals, not a job-title filter.

Signal-based targeting
02

Positioning & profile

Every prospect checks your profile before replying. We rewrite it as a landing page: who you help, what breaks without you, proof, and one obvious next step.

Profile as landing page
03

Conversation-first messaging

Messages written for the person receiving them, built to earn a reply rather than book a meeting on turn one. No merge-tag flattery. No pitch before permission.

Written, not generated
04

Multi-touch follow-up

A structured cadence that keeps threads alive without nagging: new angle, new proof, new reason to reply. This is where most of your booked calls will come from.

80% booked in follow-up
05

Inbox & conversation management

We work every reply, qualify it against your ICP, handle the early objections and move the real ones to your calendar. You show up to the call, not the chase.

Inbox handled for you
06

Weekly optimization

Targeting, opener, follow-up and qualified-reply rate reviewed every week. Winning angles get scaled, dead ones get cut. The system sharpens the longer it runs.

The engagement

What you get, and when you get it.

No twelve-month lock-in and no vague growth partnership. A scoped build, then a system that runs weekly and reports honestly.

What lands in your account

Everything below is built, documented and yours.

  • ICP definition and target account list built on triggers, not titles
  • Rewritten LinkedIn profile including headline, banner brief and about section
  • Messaging framework with tested openers and objection responses
  • Follow-up cadence mapped touch by touch, with the reasoning behind each one
  • Managed inbox with qualified conversations handed to you, call-ready
  • Weekly report on sends, accepts, qualified replies and booked calls

How the first six weeks run

Live outreach by week two. An honest pipeline read by week six.

  • WK 01Diagnosis. ICP workshop, offer teardown, profile rewrite and list build.
  • WK 02Launch. First messages go live. We watch accept rate and first-reply quality daily.
  • WK 03Follow-up. Cadence switches on. Early threads get worked properly for the first time.
  • WK 04First calls. Qualified conversations start landing on your calendar.
  • WK 05Cut and scale. Losing angles killed, winning ones expanded across the list.
  • WK 06Honest read. Full numbers, what's working, what we'd change, whether to scale.
The other half

Outbound opens the door. Content decides if they answer.

Everyone you message checks your profile before they reply. Content is what they find there. Four categories, running weekly, turning cold outreach warm and eventually pulling inbound on its own.

Field notes

What we've learned running outbound for 25+ teams.

No theory. These are the patterns that show up again and again once you've read a few hundred thousand LinkedIn replies.

NOTE 01

The connection request is not the pitch.

Pitching on the invite is the fastest way to get archived.

The invite has one job: get accepted. That's it. The moment you attach an offer to it, you've asked a stranger to make a buying decision before they've decided you're worth reading. Earn the accept, then the reply, then the call. In that order, every time.

NOTE 02

Reply rate is a vanity metric.

"Not interested" is a reply. It is not pipeline.

We track qualified reply rate: replies from people who match the ICP and engage with the actual problem. Teams that optimize for raw replies end up writing curiosity-bait that pulls in the wrong people and burns the inbox. The number that matters is conversations with buyers.

NOTE 03

Volume is a multiplier, not a strategy.

500 messages times a broken offer is still zero.

Everyone's first instinct when outbound underperforms is to send more. But volume multiplies whatever you already have. If the targeting is loose and the message is generic, scale just gets you ignored faster and at greater cost. Fix the multiplicand before you touch the multiplier.

NOTE 04

Your profile closes before you speak.

Nearly every prospect who replies visited your profile first.

They read the headline, scan the about section, and check whether you've posted anything worth trusting. If it reads like a CV, you've lost. If it reads like a landing page for one specific problem, the reply you get back is warmer than anything your message earned on its own.

NOTE 05

Most of your pipeline is in message four.

The first message starts the clock. Follow-up closes the loop.

People are busy, not uninterested. A thread that went quiet usually went quiet at a bad moment. Each follow-up needs a new angle or new proof, never "just bumping this." Teams that add a structured cadence typically see booked calls roughly double without sending a single extra connection request.

NOTE 06

Automation didn't kill LinkedIn. Laziness did.

The channel works. The way most people use it doesn't.

Buyers didn't stop reading messages. They stopped reading messages obviously written for ten thousand people at once. The bar for a real, specific, human message is now so low that clearing it is a competitive advantage. That's the entire arbitrage, and it's still open.

OBND GTM Score

Score your LinkedIn outbound in 60 seconds.

We check the seven things that decide whether outbound produces pipeline or noise: ICP clarity, profile positioning, message personalization, follow-up structure, inbound flow, content cadence and measurement. Answer honestly. The score is only useful if it stings a little.

Who it's for

Right fit. Wrong fit. Both matter.

We'd rather tell you no on the first call than take a retainer and waste six weeks of both our time.

This works if you are

  • + A B2B company with an offer that already closes once you get the meeting
  • + A founder or head of sales doing outbound in the gaps between everything else
  • + Getting connections accepted but almost no replies worth having
  • + Willing to let outreach run from your personal profile, where trust actually lives
  • + Selling at a deal size where one real conversation pays for the month

This is not for you if you are

  • Pre-offer or pre-revenue and still testing what you sell
  • Shopping for 10,000 connection requests a month and a spam tool to send them
  • Selling low-ticket or B2C, where a sales call makes no economic sense
  • Expecting booked calls in week one with zero input from your side
  • Unwilling to show up to the call once the conversation is qualified
